Unknown or incomplete command for a command that doesn't use parameters

I'm making a single command, no parameters used when it is run, but when I try the command, it says "Unknown or incomplete command, see below for error", with an arrow pointing to the command, but clearly the command name itself isn't the error as nothing is underlined in red.

Help?
