If you are on Windows, you can find your project files in the Recycling Bin, unless you've set your system to skip the recycling bin and outright delete files. If you aren't on Windows, I'm afraid I can't help you.
yes i using windows The problem its i created the project on 2019 ore I deleted in recycled bin all files I have fps problems .d
If you've emptied the Recycle Bin after deleting your project, then you cannot recover it. Sorry.
