Ability to have a draw/use time variable on ranged items

Ability to have a draw/use time variable on ranged items

I would love to see some sort of procedure or attribute for ranged items that allows them to have a drawback/ use time similar to how bows work (longer you pully back, more damage arrow does) or maybe the ability to set a certain amount of time the item must be drawn back/used for before firing its projectile.
