Its probably because you'r teleporting every tick that could cause some issues
if the game crashes, it means that there might be one part of the code that doesn't exist anymore, and is no longer loaded. this means like re-creating a potion effect, deleting the old one without changing that code. you should probably just re-input all of the blocks and retry. it shouldn't be to lag or teleporting, tho.
