Locking/Unlocking entire mods

I was wanting to create a mod for my server modpack to allow players to choose a class that will onlock and lock certin mods like a mechanic can use create but not astral sorcery

I know that i can tediously go through every recipie id to lock them but is there a faster method to lock everything at once
