Item textures broken

I made a post last time, tried it and noticed a pattern

So when I import any item files, it always says it's corrupted. I've tried deleting all of them and it works fine, when I import just one back in it says it's corrupted/unreadable, I've tried uploading the same texture to the blocks or any other category they are fine. Help?
