Basalt Delta like pools?

   Is it possible to add the little pools that the basalt deltas have? I've seen loads of mods / data packs do it (granted they're not made with Mcreator, but it seemed consistant enough that there is a universal known way to achieve it) like BYG, Terralith, and I'm pretty sure William Wyther's Overhauled Overworld. Is it possible with Mcreator? It would make a Nether Biome I plan to make come to life!

   (The little pools of lava and magma, though if it's possible to do the basalt stacks I'd be interested as well)
