Make a tool gun mod

I never saw any mod making tool gun from gmod into minecraft except Gliby's Physics, but that one only affects physic blocks and it makes my computer cry.

Even tho I made one myself, I am sure that its very far from perfect, so it would be interesting to see someone else try to make it.
