If you're not already, use blockbench. In addition to allowing for multiple formats, you should be able to transfer existing projects into different file formats more or less intact.

Mindthemoods, Blockbench doesn't work like that. You can't just upload models that weren't made with it. Like, I can't just upload a Model I made with blender into blockbench.

Mindthemoods, ive tried it and it doesnt work... i only can export it as a bbmodel wich has no converters. and obj wich the converters are bad as a duck.
