How can I Hardpower another block? (Redstone)

Hardpowering like a Button or Lever can Power the block they are sitting on. I need this because I want to add a Wall mounted Keypad and Card Reader to the game which power blocks like the mentioned Buttons and Levels can do.

Any Suggestions?

So you want to create a block that will power the blocks around when you do some kind of action like click?

No, I need a way to Power a different block like that. Like how a Button powers the Block it sits on, from which you can draw redstone signals.

Or think of how a redstone torch placed under a block, fully powers the block above the redstone torch. hell ill be happy if I get literal code for it

So you probably want to create block that will stick to sides and power only ONE side?

I don't think it is possible in MCreator.. but you can try built-in function called something like "redstone emit" a there you can add Value procedure(min: 0, max:15) but I don't think it would work..
