I was testing out the 2022.3 Pre-Release, and I noticed the animations for one of my mobs were weird.
2022.2:
2022.3 Pre-Release
It looks like the entity's legs are being attached to the body, in the 2022.3 Pre-Release, but in 2022.2 it's fitting onto the body as I modeled it. This Might just be something I messed up, but all I did was update to the 2022.3 Pre-Release, and it was different.

It could be that 1.19 pivot points are defined differently if you use 1.19.
In this case re-export model for 1.19 and also recheck pivot points for animations
