trying mod outside of test client breaks the entity detection

While in the test client, things worked perfectly. But when I exported it to do some multiplayer testing, all the entity detection stopped working.

If there are no entities in a size 20 cube, the stun effect won't be purged. This prevents you from moving and doing any more moves. But when I exported and tried in real mc, the moves wouldn't detect anything at all.

Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?
