Im certain that everyone has seen "Special Information" only being displayed when pressing the Shift key on thier keyboard in other mods before. It is used as a way to not clutter an entire inventory when just going over an Item. in that sense it is very much needed for when you, for example, try to explain what an item does or other types of Descriptions. Those depending on the mod may be completely necceserity.

I would very much love it as an addition. Im sure most people would utilize it in amazing ways. it will certainly aide any more complicated mods!
