Is it possible to make procedures set off Sculk Sensors?

I just want to know if there is any way to mod the sculk and vibration stuff. I just don't want to waste my time trying to do something that can't be done yet.

I think you can set the nbt value of the sculc sensor to redstone power to on if u only want to send a redstone signal
