Comments boxes for procedures

First of all, I'm Spanish, so sorry for my bad English.

I would like to have comment boxes to classify areas of my code, and have it more clear and understable. I already know that there are comments for procedure blocks but they doesn´t classify areas and are less understable

For example in UnrealEngine 4 they are like this:(insert image)
