What is Walking System exactly?

Walking System is a Mod developed by me that adds an Slow Walk Implementation with Customization Settings. Heavy inspired by the Slow Walk Features from Gmod.

Is Walking System Client Side Only?

No. This Mod adds a new Attribute, changes Movement Speed, has Server Side Checks etc. You'll need to install the Mod on both Sides.
