I want to import a external library for my mod

Hi folks,

I'm currently working on a new FabricMC mod named "MineTranslate", which is a addon for GeyserMC. The mod should be intended for Fabric Servers which are using mods with new content. For example, it should translate blocks, biomes, items etc.

But for this mod, I need a external library and idk how I can import it. How can I import external libraries for my mods?
