How to make an ranged weapon be disabled after shooting it until the projectile that shot out of it lands on something.

Hello, I want help with making a grappling hook that teleports you to the place the projectile lands. I have finshed making most of the mechanics of it, however I need to make the player unable to use the tool again in mid-air. I want the grappling hook to be disabled until the porjectile lands. Could you please help me with this, thanks.
