How do i make a potion effect that reduces the armor value of the entity for a few seconds?

As the title says im trying to make a potion effect that decreases the armor value of an entity for a few seconds but i dont know how to make it happen. I think this (https://mcreator.net/plugin/88645/azziers-tools)  plugin could help but i dont know how to use it , so i would appreciate anyone who could help me.
