so ive been wondering how to make the modded npcs spawn anywhere like meadows, caves, forests all that
and yes i put the spawn type to ambient and i dont see that specific npc all over the place

Not fully sure on what you are asking. If your asking on how to spawn mobs in specific biomes it can be done when you create the mob. :)
i mean like all the time no matter the time zone
