Can I replace Global Triggers with a modified one?

I'm making a Plugin that adds useful Global Triggers and Procedures.

One of the Procedures I wanna add is the Possibility to set the Critical Hit Damage Modifier. But I need to modify the Critical Hit Global Trigger and there is my Question:

Is it possible to replace the Player dealt Critical Hit Global Trigger with my modified Version?
