I'd like to make an explosion that can destroy obsidian and such. Wither does it but I can't seem to find a way to implement it

I'd like to make an explosion that can destroy obsidian and such. Wither does it but I can't seem to find a way to implement it
The normal explosion cant destroy obsidian, since has too hight blast resistance, and a too big explosion can cause massive lag.
Use instead a procedure that break the block when the explosion happen
