Crash when entering dimension.

Hello!

I am currently adding a new dimension into the mod. To enter the dimension the player must right click a block called "Awakened Chaos Altar" (Using a On Block Right Clicked procedure). When I tried to do this in-game in a new world it wouldn't teleport me into the dimension, so I added in a portal to see if it would teleport me into the dimension,  but it still wouldn't teleport me, even though I was standing in the portal. So, I then threw a block of bedrock into the portal and the game froze for a couple of seconds, and crashed.
