So 1/2 years ago i created a mcreator account but never verified it and now im unable to log in or create a new account with that email

You can reset the password by providing this email on https://mcreator.net/user/password
The acount inst activated couse i never confirmed the email yet its still exist
So?
If you need to get reactivation link, you can use the same form as for password reset and you will get a new activation link
