I am going to make a farming mod for Java, and wondered if any of you had ideas to make it better. So, if you do, fell free to tell me, I will look at everyone's comments.
You can try to make a mod about farming magical plants from far away lands, and add a bunch of new foods that give crazy effects to the player.
That sounds fun. I'll make a few.
Any more ideas?

How about magical creatures that do the farming for you?
Hm.. i would definitely add corn that u can cook to get that crispy corn from the memes (the corn kid meme) maybe a 3x3 hoe if its possible?, and a golem helps u farm.
Maybe.
The creatures sound cool.
Make crops have a chance to grow into larger variants that yield more harvests, just as a fun bonus.
Also, fruit trees and jams maybe?

Make "Ender Pears" - pears that spawn in the End. Accidentally said this instead of Ender Pearls once, and could never get it out of my head.
Maybe add a silkworm plant? Instead of a fruit or vegetable, you harvest silk which could be used to craft silk blocks and carpets and dyed with all the minecraft dyes. There could be more decorative patterns form them as opposed to just the solid wool colors. The silk could also be used for alternative crafting recipes that require wool or string?
Ender Pears, silkworm, AWSOME! Those are great ideas.
This mod will probably not come soon, but you can still add ideas.
Maybe add food related to chorus plants, like chorus apples that when eaten teleports you to where you are facing, Something like that.
