Custom Sounds causing issues

I run a modded server, where I have been having an issue with my Screwdriver Additions mod, where any item with custom sounds - like the Angel Statue or Snom Plush - will cause any players nearby to crash, aside from the one who places it.

I have been unable to figure out why this is happening after about a full month. All players have the mod installed, as does the server. This image is the message we see when we crash/get kicked.

I have no clue what to do. Is there a specific way I should be formatting the sounds? (Aside from the file format.)
