I’m trying to make a mod where you can increase you stats such as strength, dexterity, speed and what not but I also want to create the minecraft inventory gui so it comes up with a new gui instead of the generic Mc inventory like in say SAO in the image below: if someone can please help me that would be very much appreciated.

This needs a library that alters the way the inventory is rendered. I do not have a clue if there is one for newer Minecraft versions so i am afraid that specific thing you want is impossible.
