A wish relating to generation

Hello,

I am currently making my own dimension and am asking if there can ever be some way of changing the Dimension generation some more, such as removing or atleast altering the existance of lava lakes or how the End Generation Main island is always super far from other islands. Although i heard sometimes that these things are hardcoded into the game so i doubt that this is possible
