run a simple command completely client side

i have a simple command that i want to do, called /look, it simply causes the player to look at a precise angle. it works perfectly on my singleplayer world, but when i join a server, the command doesn't exist, even when i have OP on the server. it is just a quality of life thing for me, and i don't want to make any admin have to install it onto their server
