Here the dude literally throws off a link to download just one procedure. After you install this file, insert it into the procedure and do the procedure "When updating the tick". Change the value of a Wolf to a player and a Husky to any mob (OR swap them, I don't remember)
When I tested this procedure, I succeeded, but if you want to force any mobs to attack each other, then in addition you will need to duplicate this procedure and swap your mobs
