Feature to disable the mod auto building

I would like to decide for myself whether to build my mod or not. For example, when I delete some features, I can only delete one thing, so I have to constantly wait for those 10 seconds until the build is completed. Also, if there is something related to this thing, there will always be an error box that something is broken.

If it's already there, it's hard for me to find it.
