1. If you custom-made the model there should be a way to decrease the scale in display settings, if you got the model from somewhere, you will need to manually open the code for the model, find the scale under display settings, and decrease the scale for all display settings.
2. I'm pretty sure the same question has been asked before, you might be able to find an answer if you search this website for it.
