Mob Skull Rotation (Cardinal + Intercardinal Directions) For a Custom Block

While I am requesting that S/W/N/E/NW/SW/NE/SE block rotation is added to MCreator, I'm simultaneously asking for help if anyone knows a way to make this possible that's already been implemented or using external APIs, anything helps!
