HELP! Minecraft stuck on splash screen

hello,

minecraft refuses to launch past the splashscreen and nothing ive done so far has fixed it, this seems to e a new issue and hasnt happend before.
i have already ried reinstalling mcreator as instructed in the tutorial, yet that yielded me a dozend different error messages about random scripts apparently.
i have no idea what the issue is or how to fix it, any sort of suggestions would be appreciated, thanks.
