Origins Plugin

Has anyone made a plugin for the fabric plugin that allows for the creation of an origins mod addon? I saw a thread asking for a default feature, the author of which was told to find someone to make a plugin, but I have found no such plugin, despite the aforementioned post, and the large popularity of the Origins mod.

I know that the Origin Creator exists, but I can't seem to get anything to work correctly, plus it's mainly for datapacks, not mods, and I want to make a full on mod.

I also just know MCreator is very easy to use, even regarding coding.
