Phantom Jammer

This mod will add a block to the game that will help get rid of interfering phantoms. He pulls them towards him and shoots lightning at them, checking for the presence of phantoms in a cube of 20 blocks. The mod is more useful for the end of the game, since quite expensive resources are used in crafting.
