- Balance change: Siren now gets 25% extra damage in water, but loses 25% of its damage when on land.

- nerf to siren ahahahahaha (you now need to not wear a helmet to get soaking from rain)
- buff to pyrael!!! you now can fly in rain if you wear helmet
- buff to voltis!! you now run slightly faster at first(still slower than default sprinting speed), and it builds up much faster, while also lowering slower.
