(T) Buffed exp drops from Watchers and Burrowers from 7 to 9

(T) Altered Blaze Canister explosion fire spawn

(BF) Fixed Robots setting its target's flee nbt to true instead of its own causing it to be unable to use that move (I fear that might of been broken since 0.2.0)

(BF) Burrower dig particle now spawn where the burrower is instead of where it started burrowing
