Add way to make a block or item or mob etc use vanilla textures

Add way to make a block or item or mob etc able to use vanilla textures

and i mean by directly pulling them from vanilla minecraft so that a mod using vanilla textures would pull textures from the "Programmer Art" resource pack if resource packs were changed.
