Custom tag that works with other mods

Im trying to do a mod that detects if you eat certain food, im doing this using tags. It works fine, even with locked code, however when i add other mod´s food items like farmers delight the procedure does not work anymore, even with the vanilla items.

Is there a way to fix this?
