give enchanted book with random enchants (like it is in loot tables)

how do i do this?? there's got to be some sort of way because all these loot tables have a random enchant book.  ig i could do a trillion if-else but i really don't want to do this and it wouldn't be the same as using whatever built-in method there is, and sometimes they have multiple enchants.
