How to change the size of my mob

I know there is a lot of topics about this, but the ones I can find are either outdated or without any replies. So this is my problem:

After creating a custom entity on blockbench, I tried importing it into Mcreator, but the size was too small and not the one I wanted. I tried changing the values in the entity bounding box, but the problem persists. My model is pretty big on blockbench, so I'm not sure if changing the size would help it's case. Even if it would, I'm also not sure how to do it without rescaling every single block.

This is my model:

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Ty!
