Custom Sky texture is not working for me. (World Render plugin) anyone help?

Can someone who knows the World Render plugin help me why this doesn't work? I want a custom texture for the sky.

This is the procedure, i saw a tutorial, but is not working in a game, the texture filename is same in folder, and in procedure.
