Topic category: Help with Minecraft modding (Java Edition)
Hey everyone.
I am new to this entire thing and I am looking for some help. I figured I'd try and make an Experience Mod for my server since there aren't any available for 1.21.1 as of yet. Though I am really not experienced at all. I can't even get the mod to print out anything in the chat.
I have quite literally tried everything and it just hyper inflates the EXP gain to where it's really stupid. See below, you'll see what I mean.
I hope someone can help me.
I just went ahead and made a Sword that grants XP on entity death. Seemed easier and it works :)
Though, I'd still like some help with how the strings work because it doesn't print anything for me when crafting this item.
No idea how the print works. If you want a message use the send message procedure block.
