Structures come up as others when using /locate, and some wont generate

Structures come up as others when using /locate, and some wont generate

I am making a rockhound mod, and I am making each individual block a structure, so I can easily change the spawn rates of them. I just started having this problem though, where one of them wont load at all, and when i do /locate structure (rock), it will just send me to the coordinates of random rocks, specifically in the biome it is in. I'm going to use the terms that I actually use in my mod. The fire agate wont spawn, and when i do /locate structure, it will take me to the location of lets say a fluorite crystal or a tigers eye or a petrified wood, instead of a fire agate. Some other rocks are also doing this. My friend looked at the jar file and said it looked like they should be spawning normally, she doesn't see anything wrong with the coding of the mod. 

Please tell me if it isn't even a good practice to make 1 block structures, and if i should instead use features.
