an addon for several mods but only show the items that were downloaded from certain mods

Please, I really need help. I'm planning to create an advanced add-on for multiple mods, but now I noticed that an item is there even though I haven't downloaded the required mod, so the item is useless. I want the item to appear in the game only if I have the required mod.
