Make A digital clock

I will make a mod for myself but I want a digital clock in it. I looked on the internet but I couldn't find a code that would show the text in the game when the game time is. What I want is to find a code that will make it say 9:10 on the clock if the time is 9:10. If we can't do this in a model, at least tell me a way to write it on the screen.
