Help with spawning entity facing where player is facing.

Trying to make an effect entity that when the player spawns with an item the entity spawns facing where the player is facing while playing vfx (ik how to do vfx etc).

Been bashing my brain for hours and decided to ask on here since no one else has.

Just need help setting up a procedure that allows the entity to face where I am looking as it spawns.

any help is appreciated.
