Wanting to make a custom jukebox

I'm wonder if there's a plugin and anything that can help me to make a fully functional jukebox. 

I think it possible, because the Ethereal Jukebox mod got a custom jukebox to work, but I can't find a way to get a custom jukebox to work

If anyone has a idea, please let me know.

Edit: I found a tutorial to make a jukebox, but if anyone knows how to make a jukebox with a GUI, it would help to know
