I don't know what uses I should give ghast peppers, which is a plant that grows in the nether.
I think it'd be cool if you could brew a potion with the Ghast Pepper that gives you some buffs - I'd make it speed, fire resistance, and jump boost personally.
As well, you should add a set of food items based on it - hot chips, hot sauce, and the like.
Maybe even have a way to use it to enchant an item with Fire Aspect III, if you're feeling a bit crazy.
